I can’t get my key out sometimes because it will not turn all the way off. Service couldn’t get it to happen. He explained it could be a couple of things but didn’t want to waste my money by just start changing things. He told me to watch and if it got worse we would go from there. I appreciated his honesty and being straightforward. Great guy

My Tahoe had a recall, and I made an appointment through Kenneth in the service area. He is always so very polite and tries to get me in as soon as possible because he knows that I am a very busy customer. My vehicle was tested, and then he called me to tell me that my Tahoe was ready to go. I am so very pleased with the front desk who connects me to the service area, and then I get great customer service in the service department. The mechanics do a very good job for I I have never had a problem with any of my vehicles while on the road. No other business touches my vehicles but James Hodge Chevrolet in Broken Bow! Everyone at James Hodge Chevrolet is polite and helpful! In this world—-this atmosphere is a rare thing!

Took in for recall work was called and told they could not do it because check engine light was on, I told them I had already replaced what the light was on for even told them the code, they wouldn't take my answer and started talking down to me like am a dummy that doesn't know anything about vehicles which made me mad. Then they wouldn't take no for an answer and did a diagnostic to tell me what i already knew based off the two diagnostic tools of mine that was laying in the passenger seat of my truck. But nothing to suit them but to do their own and then charge me $169 for it to get my truck back and the recall work still hasn't been done but they wanted to charge me something like $507 for a coolant control valve and in the area of $2200 to fix it before they would do the recall work. I told them hell no. I called around looking for the coolant valve they were only ones that said they had one. So I called the parts department and the man told me it was already sold but it was $270 dollars for the part and I would have to pay upfront so I left work in Arkansas early drove back home to Broken Bow to pay that for them to order it and same guy said oh that's an old part number let me look up the new one then hit me with a new price of $507.60 and that it might be 6 to 8 months before it comes in. I can't have my truck down that long there is no way so located a dealership with one in Denison Tx about 2 hrs. away but the price due to area taxes was 609 there but they did say they would honor the 507 price was told here but I don't know when or if I will be able to go get it before someone else does. So long story short they service department is very rude and condescending towards your customers and the parts guy will bait and switch on you with parts. I have bought a few vehicles over the years from there because it's my home town dealership and I like to go local when I can and I will most likely buy there again in the future because I fill y'all have two of the best salespersons ever there one is a friend that is Dillion Tally and the other is the niece of my sister in law which is the young Carper lady and they are both great salespersons and are always willing to help the customer in any way possible. But I doubt I will use the service or parts department much ever again.

James Hodge Chevrolet of Broken Bow was so helpful in getting our Tahoe back on the road. Kenneth and JT in the service department were very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions.

There is not much to say everything was done in a timely manner, and I requested for them to look at the air filter and they brought it in our tubing and showed me what it looked like before they cleaned it done a great job

Very knowledgeable and positive energy! Probably one of the first times I’ve been influenced on purchasing a vehicle because of the outstanding team communication and knowledge. Not only was my sales lady outstanding but everyone from the front to the service manager and mechanics all very outstanding! The dealership manager definitely knows what a strong team is! Most outstanding dealership in the four state's! Great people and great place!

Took over two weeks to get my car back. Lack of communication. Never received paperwork on what was actually fixed on it other than seeing a code for battery replacement. Originally priced 400$ for battery, then almost $6k. Dropped my vehicle off with it drivable, two days later when I called asking if I needed to take it to another dealership I was told it would have to be towed because it could no longer drive. $1,771 and two weeks later I finally have it back. Will not have it serviced there again nor will I be purchasing a vehicle there in the future.
