Very knowledgeable and positive energy! Probably one of the first times I’ve been influenced on purchasing a vehicle because of the outstanding team communication and knowledge. Not only was my sales lady outstanding but everyone from the front to the service manager and mechanics all very outstanding! The dealership manager definitely knows what a strong team is! Most outstanding dealership in the four state's! Great people and great place!

I had the best experience with James Hodge Chevrolet in Broken Bow. Kisha Carper was our salesperson and she was amazing, she answered all of our questions and made us feel comfortable. Kisha even went the extra mile and introduced us to Todd Young in the Service Center to discuss some issues I was having with my Traverse. Before I knew it they had my car in a bay and we left with it running like new and a new truck for my husband. The whole team at James Hodge Chevrolet in Broken Bow, OK was amazing and will definitely get our business in the future, even with it being 2 hours from home, it's worth the drive for top notch customer service.

Had a problem with the cooling system on my 2023 Sierra 1500 3.0 L Duramax. They got me in quickly and got me out. Really impressed with the service I got!

This was the easiest vehicle purchase that I have ever done! The salesperson Kisha Carper was very helpful and did everything to make sure that I got the vehicle that I wanted. When I got to the dealership she went above and beyond to make sure everything was ready to go!! Then when she was trying to set up onstar and it would not connect. She explained how to set it up and if I had any problems give her a call.

Took over two weeks to get my car back. Lack of communication. Never received paperwork on what was actually fixed on it other than seeing a code for battery replacement. Originally priced 400$ for battery, then almost $6k. Dropped my vehicle off with it drivable, two days later when I called asking if I needed to take it to another dealership I was told it would have to be towed because it could no longer drive. $1,771 and two weeks later I finally have it back. Will not have it serviced there again nor will I be purchasing a vehicle there in the future.

I asked that my tires be rotated and they weren’t I know be earlier I had a flat and my tire on back right the cap was not put back on it and that’s how I know I also ask about an oil change and really began to wonder did this happen

Despite technical issues with the internet at the Broken Bow location, the service center was able to take care of my car in a timely manner. The staff was very courteous and explained all the work done to my understanding.
